Πριν από είκοσι χρόνια, στην Κύπρο αποφασίστηκε να φτιάξουν δεκατέσσερα γήπεδα γκολφ για να αναπτυχθεί ο τουρισμός. Όμως, σήμερα λειτουργούν μόνο τέσσερα, ένα κατασκευάζεται και άλλα τέσσερα έχουν άδειες, αλλά δεν έχουν φτιαχτεί.

20 лет назад на Кипре было принято решение создать 14 гольф-полей для развития туризма. Однако сегодня работают лишь четыре, одно строится, а ещё четыре имеют лицензии, но так и не построены.
