Μετά από 7 χρόνια καθυστερήσεων με νόμους, το κοινοβούλιο ενέκρινε έναν νόμο που επιτρέπει στα κρατικά πανεπιστήμια της Κύπρου να προσφέρουν προγράμματα πτυχίου σε ξένες γλώσσες.
