Ένας άντρας είκοσι ενός χρονών συνελήφθη στην Κύπρο. Υποτίθεται, ότι είναι ο οδηγός της βέσπας που έφυγε από το σημείο ενός ατυχήματος αφού χτύπησε μια γυναίκα με ένα παιδί ενός έτους σε ποδηλατόδρομο/δρόμο πεζών στη Λεμεσό.
