Σύμφωνα με το γραφείο του εισαγγελέα, ο δήμαρχος της Βουδαπέστης οργάνωσε και ηγήθηκε μιας δημόσιας συνάντησης, παρόλο που η αστυνομία την είχε απαγορεύσει, παραβιάζοντας το νόμο για την ελευθερία του συνεταιρίζεσθαι και του συνέρχεσθαι.
