Αν και τα εγκλήματα μίσους παραμένουν σπάνια στην Κύπρο, τα τελευταία χρόνια το κλίμα ανοχής και σεβασμού έχει χειροτερέψει, δήλωσε το Συμβούλιο της Ευρώπης.
