Η αύξηση του ενοικίου στην Κύπρο δεν δείχνει σημάδια επιβράδυνσης. Παρά τις ενέργειες της κυβέρνησης και τις ανακοινωμένες ενέργειες για την ενίσχυση της κατοικίας, στο τρίτο τρίμηνο του δύο χιλιάδες είκοσι πέντε η τάση για αύξηση συνεχίστηκε.

Рост арендной платы на Кипре не показывает признаков замедления. Несмотря на действия правительства и объявленные меры, направленные на укрепление жилищного фонда, в третьем квартале 2025 года тенденция к росту продолжилась.
