Ο πρόεδρος της Ουκρανίας είπε ότι οι εγγυήσεις ασφαλείας μεταξύ Ουκρανίας και Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών είναι έτοιμες για την έγκριση του προέδρου των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών, Ντόναλντ Τραμπ. Η Μόσχα απέρριψε την ιδέα των ευρωπαίων ειρηνευτικών δυνάμεων στην Ουκρανία και απείλησε ότι οι στρατιώτες των συμμάχων θα είναι "νόμιμος στόχος" για τη Ρωσία.
