Κύπριοι αθλητές στην τελετή έναρξης των εικοστών πέμπτων Χειμερινών Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων στο Μιλάνο και Κορτίνα ντ' Αμπέτσο. Οι αθλητές του αλπικού σκι Γιάννης Κουγιουμτζιάν και Ανδρέα Λοϊζίδου συμμετέχουν στα αγωνίσματα γιγαντιαίας και τεχνικής σλάλομ, αντίστοιχα.
