Η Κύπρος απελαύνει έναν Ρώσο πολίτη που μπήκε παράνομα από το βόρειο μέρος του νησιού και συνελήφθη στη Λευκωσία με βάση διεθνή 'κόκκινη ειδοποίηση' από τις ρωσικές αρχές. Η αίτηση του για διεθνή προστασία απορρίφθηκε και οι αρχές θεώρησαν τη διαμονή του απειλή για τη δημόσια ασφάλεια και την εθνική τάξη.
