Η Κύπρος αναμένεται να έχει διακοπές στο νερό όπως στην κρίση του δύο χιλιάδες οκτώ με δύο χιλιάδες εννέα. Σύμφωνα με τον δήμο της Λευκωσίας, η μείωση στο νερό θα οδηγήσει σε αύξηση των ατυχημάτων κατά τριάντα τοις εκατό.
