Στην Κύπρο, ένας βοηθός κτηνίατρου που έχασε την όραση του από το ένα μάτι αφού τον χτύπησε ένα πουλάρι κατά τη διάρκεια μιας διαδικασίας εγκατάστασης μικροτσίπ, κέρδισε εκατό χιλιάδες ευρώ αποζημίωση. Το δικαστήριο αποφάσισε ότι το αφεντικό του δεν του έδωσε αρκετή προστασία.
