Στην Κύπρο, τα πρόστιμα για παράνομη ρίψη σκουπιδιών και δημιουργία χωματερών θα αυξηθούν. Το μέγιστο πρόστιμο αυξάνεται από είκοσι χιλιάδες σε σαράντα χιλιάδες ευρώ.
