Ο Πρόεδρος Βολοντίμιρ Ζελένσκι είπε νωρίτερα αυτή την εβδομάδα ότι περίπου τέσσερις χιλιάδες κτίρια στην πρωτεύουσα Κίεβο δεν έχουν θέρμανση και το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της πόλης δεν έχει ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα λόγω ρωσικών επιθέσεων.
