Τα κρατικά νοσοκομεία στην Κύπρο έχουν πολύ κόσμο λόγω της γρίπης, του κορονοϊού και άλλων αναπνευστικών ασθενειών. Μερικοί ασθενείς πρέπει να περιμένουν περισσότερο από είκοσι τέσσερις ώρες στα επείγοντα πριν μεταφερθούν στους θαλάμους.

State hospitals in Cyprus are overcrowded due to influenza, coronavirus, and other respiratory diseases. Some patients are forced to wait more than 24 hours in emergency departments before being transferred to wards.
