Η αστυνομία της Κύπρου υπενθυμίζει στους οδηγούς: όταν πλησιάζει ασθενοφόρο, πυροσβεστική ή αστυνομία με σειρήνες και φώτα, είναι απαραίτητο να δώσετε αμέσως προτεραιότητα. Η αγνόηση αυτού μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε φυλάκιση μέχρι ενός έτους και πρόστιμο μέχρι τριών χιλιάδων ευρώ.

The Cyprus police remind drivers: when an ambulance, fire brigade, or police with sirens and flashing lights is approaching, it is necessary to immediately give way. Ignoring this can result in up to 1 year in prison and a fine of up to €3000.
