Δύο φορτία καυσίμων από το Αζερμπαϊτζάν προς την Αρμενία τους τελευταίους μήνες έκαναν σημαντικές αλλαγές - όχι μόνο στη διαδικασία συμφιλίωσης των χωρών, αλλά και στην αλλαγή της αγοράς της Αρμενίας μειώνοντας τις τοπικές τιμές.
