Σύμφωνα με το σύνταγμα της Ουκρανίας, είναι παράνομο να γίνονται εθνικές εκλογές ενώ η χώρα είναι σε κατάσταση πολιορκίας. Αυτό ανακοινώθηκε την εικοσιτέσσερις Φεβρουαρίου δύο χιλιάδες είκοσι δύο, τη μέρα που η Ρωσία ξεκίνησε την πλήρη εισβολή.
Translation
Under Ukraine’s constitution, holding national elections while the country is under martial law is illegal. That was declared on 24 February 2022, the day Russia launched its full-scale invasion.
